Care & Maintenance

Your carrier stays looking its best with the right care. Follow these simple steps:

Machine washing

Use a cold or delicate cycle (max. 30°C) and always place the carrier in a laundry bag to protect the buckles and straps. Use a mild, rinse-friendly detergent without bleach.

Spot cleaning

Treat small stains immediately with a damp cloth and a little mild soap. This avoids unnecessary washing and keeps the fabric in great condition.

Drying

Lay flat or hang on a drying rack in a well-ventilated area. Do not tumble dry. This damages the fabric and padding.

Pro tip: Wash only when necessary. Spot cleaning significantly extends the lifespan of your carrier.

You have 14 days to return your order from the date of receipt. Products must be unused and in their original condition, including packaging and labels.

FAQ

The carrier is suitable from 3 months onwards, when your baby has developed sufficient head and neck control. From that point the ergonomic M-position keeps your baby’s knees higher than their hips, supporting healthy hip and spine development. Always follow the instructions to ensure your baby is positioned correctly.

Yes. The carrier is adjustable to fit a wide range of body types and can be shared between both parents without needing to buy a second carrier. Adjustments are straightforward and take just a few minutes.

Yes. The carrier keeps your baby in the ergonomic M-position, with knees raised and hips open. This position supports healthy hip and spine development and is the recommended carrying position by pediatric experts.

Yes. The carrier is designed to be put on solo. The buckles and straps are easy to reach and fasten without needing a second pair of hands. We also have a video on this page showing exactly how to do it.

The carrier distributes your baby’s weight across your hips and shoulders rather than concentrating it on one area. Most parents find it comfortable for extended periods. If you have experienced back issues before, we recommend starting with shorter carries and building up gradually.

The carrier is suitable from 3 to 36 months. It grows with your baby through multiple carry positions, so you will not need to buy a new carrier as your baby gets bigger.

Yes. The carrier is CE certified and made from a cotton polyester mix jacquard woven fabric. It is soft, breathable and safe for direct contact with your baby’s skin.

Yes. The carrier is machine washable. We recommend washing it on a gentle cycle and letting it air dry to keep the fabric and structure in the best condition.

Yes. The carrier supports multiple carry positions including front inward carry and additional positions as your baby grows. Full instructions are included and a video is available on this page.

We offer a 14 day return policy. The carrier can be unused or slightly used. Contact our support team and we will arrange the return for you, no hassle.

5 Essential Checks

The carrier should fit firmly without pinching. Your baby must be well supported. Not too loose, but not too tight either. Test the fit by gently pulling the straps: the carrier should not shift. This keeps your baby securely in place while distributing weight evenly for your carrying comfort.

You should always be able to see your baby’s face without opening the carrier. Make sure the baby is not sitting so deep that their face is covered, and not so low that their chin rests on their chest. A clear airway is essential. Always check that your baby is breathing freely.

Your baby’s head should be close enough to your chin that you can easily kiss them. This is the ideal height: comfortable for you, safe for baby. If you have to lean forward to give a kiss, the carrier is too low and needs to be tightened.

Your baby’s chin should never be pressed against their chest as this restricts the airway. Always ensure there is at least a finger’s width of space between chin and chest. For very young babies (0 to 3 months) this is especially important, as their neck muscles are still developing.

Your baby’s back should be supported in a natural C-curve in all carrying positions. This means: no straight back and no slouched posture. The bottom sits lower than the knees (M-position), and the fabric should be taut enough to support the back without any gap between baby and carrier.

Remember it easily with KISS: • Keep close (close enough to kiss) • In view at all times • Supported back • Straight spine, clear chin
